The Questionnaire

There are many sources of input being used to generate the Parish Plan. One of the key inputs is a questionnaire. This is being distributed to all households in the village, and seeks to get input from as many residents as possible.

You can express your views through the questionnaire in several ways:

  • The questionnaire can be filled in on paper: a reply paid envelope is provided.

  • The questionnaire can be opened as an electronic document from your PC
  • An on-line form is available. (This needs to be filled in individually for each person in the household)

Whichever route is chosen, the questionnaires need to be returned by Friday 28th August 2008. This information will be treated in strict confidence and will be subject to the terms of the Data Protection Act. The completed questionnaires will then be analysed and the results will form part of the Parish Plan to be published in November.

As a "thank you" for completing the questionnaire, we are entering completed forms into a draw for which there will be 4 prizes, each are a meal for 2, (value up to £30.00) kindly sponsored by:-

What Does the questionnaire Seek to Do?

The questionnaire seeks to get input from the whole village on a range of issues. the issues have been compiled by the Steering Group and the Working Groups. The results from this will be used to compile the findings and recommendations in the Parish Plan.

How can I get help?

If you need any help in completing the questionnaire or wish to discuss the Parish Plan process in general, a member of the Steering Committee will be available as follows:
